Hi Ross. I remember the incedent very clearly. I thought Mike over reacted on his part, but I understand how he felt at the moment. I think a quick PM to you would have been the better thing to do. We all make mistakes though. You’re doing great anyways.

I remember reading about this on the forum a couple of weeks ago and i thought you handled the whole situation very well.
